The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 15

     "An Act relating to participation in matters before the Board of                                                           
     Fisheries and the Board of Game by the members of the respective                                                           
     boards; and providing for an effective date."                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB
35(FSH) be returned to second reading for the purpose of considering                                                            
amendments.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.
